We’ll work with you to thoughtfully capture the essence of your wedding or event – bringing natural beauty to your space through careful & creative styling.

Throughout, we’ll give you an experience to make you smile…and then, on the day itself, you can just be in the moment and take in all the beauty.

Using only the highest quality blooms, we’ll stun you with understated yet wildly elegant floral design (…that’s even more perfect than you had dreamed of).

When we meet…

Using our Capture the Dream process, we’ll make sure we know exactly what you want.

You’ll give us all the details about your wedding or event and we’ll talk about your ideas.

We’ll share our knowledge and experience too. Exploring and questioning so that we can really see your dream and share in your vision.

And hopefully, you’ll leave knowing that we’re ‘the one’ to help with your flowers.

We will send you our Capture the Dream check list a few days later to make sure we’ve got everything covered.


*Note: we advise you really think about who you bring with you – we recommend no more than two as things can get a little confusing when you have too many opinions. Simplicity is best.


Once you’re happy with everything we’ve discussed we will work on your quote.

There are many factors involved in preparing your quote, including:

the time of year

the type of flowers used

flower & foliage availability

plus, the number/size of your floral displays and/or bouquets 

(which of course impacts on the time we spend sourcing & creating).

We will get to work making your vision a reality. Carefully planning every stem, bud & flower.


We’ll take our time to create your bespoke proposal to make sure we capture every detail (so there are no unwanted surprises when you get your final bill).

We want you to be able to say ‘yes’ with total confidence that you’ll love the end result.


If you need to talk to us, we’ll be there. You’ll be updated through each step of the journey.
And of course, you’re welcome to pop in to see us whenever you like.


 Nearer the time, we’ll meet you at your venue, where we’ll run through plans in more detail.

We’ll also stay in contact with your venue and other suppliers to ensure everything runs like clockwork on the day.

We’ve got this…so you can relax & enjoy the process.


Note: Your quote will be valid for 2 weeks after you receive it. If accepted, we’ll ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking – this will be deducted from the final payment. We will also ask you to sign a contract.

We only take one wedding/event per day to give you & your flowers our

full care & attention.
