In this workshop, we will start with the basics of mark making, learning how to develop lines, dots, shapes and pattern to create your design. 

I will guide you on how to work with a selection of pens, bushes, paints and other medium to use as the building blocks to develop your ideas.

We will spend an hour warming up, experimenting and practicing mark making on paper, building your confidence as we go. We will then move on to drawing out your ideas onto a paper template, and then finally you will create your own bespoke set of 6 porcelain baubles that you can keep or give to a friend or loved one as beautiful gift.

We will be embracing imperfection, so no need to worry if you are complete novice, we will work through the process step by step, and I will guarantee you will leave with something you’ll be proud of and with a sense of achievement and renewed confidence.

At lunchtime we will take a break for a bowl of hot soup, artisan bread and homemade cake, as always there will be lots of chatter & laughter.
