Brook & Earl – Mindful Floristry

For over two decades, I have called Bank Nook Farm my home. It is nestled in the heart of Brontë Country and surrounded by the rugged moors that have been immortalised in the novels of the Brontë sisters. After working as a fashion and print designer for years, I have opted for a slower pace of life and have now set up my studio and workshop here at home.

I now design with flowers and nature is my muse. I look to the seasons for inspiration, that’s why my work is natural, elegant,
and wild, reflecting the beauty of the natural world.

My passion for creating beautiful spaces extends beyond floral design. Whether it’s for a celebration, event, or styling, I am committed to making conscious decisions about sourcing materials and treading lightly on our planet.

At Brook & Earl, we believe creativity and nature can support our well-being by bringing people together to learn, build confidence, and grow as individuals or groups.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience dressing and styling interesting spaces and creating concepts for some incredible projects.

From dressing and setting up press events in the beautiful
Bloomsbury House in London to creating beautiful floral
arrangements for well-known interior designers, magazines and country houses. We will work with you to create something breathtaking and beautiful.

Flowering a lot of rooms as I plough through the photoshoots for my book with Aubade Creative. I tend to do them myself because if I’m honest I don’t much like florists’ work (with a few notable exceptions like the wonderful Shane Connolly who is unsurpassable) but this job was done by a great lady on the Broughton Hall Estate and I loved her explosion of what is growing around us in a pretty lean time in the garden – she filled a handsome majolica vase and saved me a lot of time producing something that would have been much less striking!
